Entry restrictions and ownership.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promotion, only one entry per household per competition or prize draw is permitted. All entries and all rights in them shall be the property of PREP DIRECT absolutely. Competition entries will not be returned unless stated otherwise for the particular competition. Proof of eligibility to enter the competition or prize draw may be required.
Unless specifically stated, no purchase is necessary to enter the competition or prize draw.
Fraudulent, illegible, multiple or incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified and PREP DIRECT will have no responsibility for entries that are not received before the competition or prize draw deadline specified.
Where necessary an independent adjudicator will oversee prize draws.
Assessment of skill.
The judges’ decision in determining winning entries in all competitions shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are allocated randomly from correct entries and prize draw entries received unless stated otherwise for the particular competition or prize draw. Prizes are expected to be as stated but if any prize is unavailable, PREP DIRECT may provide an equivalent prize of at least equivalent value. No cash alternative will be given unless expressly stated otherwise for the particular competition or prize draw. Prep Direct has no liability for the quality of prizes provided by third parties.
Notification of winners.
Winners will be notified by phone or email after the closing date of the competition or prize draw and will be informed of how and when to claim their prizes. A list of winners can be obtained from PREP DIRECT

Our professional codes of conduct and legal restrictions may limit the number of any item we are permitted to supply to you and, as such, we have no obligation to supply quantities exceeding the relevant permitted maximum and will charge only for those we do supply. Postage and packing costs.
Postage and packing costs will be added to the cost of your order and will depend on the total cost of the items you order and, where delivery options are provided, the option you choose.
Where multiple items are included in one order, we may despatch the items separately, in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge.

Payment and refunds
In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us or our payment service provider to take payment in full for the items in your order, postage and packing charges and any other charges that become due to us under these terms. Refunds, if applicable, will only be made using the payment gateway (eg WorldPay or PayPal) and/or to the card originally used for payment.
We reserve the right to change the specification of items which are required to conform to any applicable standards or European Union requirements. We try to have sufficient stocks of goods to meet demand but occasionally, items may be out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers. In the event of this we will try to contact you to inform you of this and will take guidance from you as to how you would like to proceed, for example, have a refund for that item, a substitute or a similar product or to wait until the item is back in stock again. All items sold through this website are subject to availability.
To place an order you will be asked to provide a valid email address so that we can send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This helps you to know when your delivery is on its way to the delivery address specified. You will only pay one delivery charge per order regardless of how many items you order (please see “Postage and packing costs” above).
We aim to despatch all orders as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Items that are in stock should be received with in 3 working days for inland (please refer to Non availability/substitutes below for items out of stock). In the unlikely event of non-delivery after 14 days, you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery provided you cooperate with the investigation.

Your Rights to Return Your Online Purchase.
We hope you will be happy with any items you’ve ordered from us, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, here you will find details of our Returns Policy
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your total order, in which to cancel any item(s) you have ordered from us. We must receive any such return within 14 calendar days of your cancellation. See “How To Return Items” for more details. All items must be returned to us in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. Please be aware that you will lose your right to cancel your item(s) if you unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS
If any item we have supplied is damaged on receipt or, within 6 months supply, develops a fault, we will replace or repair the item free of charge or refund the price you paid for it together with any postage charges you paid to us for delivery. You may have additional manufacturers’ warranties with some products such as electrical items( where applicable) giving you additional rights and you should check these carefully.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To return a damaged or faulty item you should contact our Online Customer Services Department. Then follow the instructions on the Returns Note included in your delivery. Please note, we provide prepaid returns labels for use in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only (in all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us). If you do not use our prepaid label we will not refund any costs you incur in returning the relevant item(s). Please contact our Online Customer Services Department if you wish to return an item from outside the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Refunds are credited to the original card you paid with and will take 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card. Please also read below MEDICAL PRODUCTS.
HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNING
Not all products are suitable for all medical ailments and occasionally, their use may interfere with any treatment you are receiving or aggravate a condition. You should check with your GP before using any medical product.
